Beautiful 2019 Barbie Dia De Los Muertos Doll that comes with Certificate of Authenticity (located on the back of the inner packaging) – Limited Edition, Never Removed From Box (NRFB) that’s in hand and ready to ship! Doll in photos is an extra I used to take pictures with.  The doll you are receiving was never removed from its original decorative box.  I will personally package the item with
care to ensure it and the decorative box is secured as well as protected within
an exterior shipping box while it is in transit.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Warehouse location: Southern California
Shipping services varies for items based on size and weight.
We typically will select an Expedited or Priority shipping service via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Estimated delivery/handling: Within 3 business days of receiving a cleared
payment.
Orders taken on Friday after 2pm PST, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped the following
Monday as earliest as possible.
If you prefer a different shipping service, please let us know.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Due to the collectible nature of the dolls, we will not be accepting returns.  However, we will still hear you out if you wish a return is necessary.  Please let us know if you would like to submit
for a return and the reason/cause for the return.  At our discretion and upon validating the return request, returns must be in
unworn condition and with original box or wrapping if provided to be eligible
for a refund.  Refunds will not be issued until the item is returned
and inspected.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the
purchase date. Electronics may be marked to indicate the originally sent item
came from us and to alleviate a return that is a different item from the buyer.
We are committed to properly and promptly resolve
issues caused by us, i.e. we shipped you an item that does not match the
description on the item’s eBay listing.
Please contact us and include your eBay ID and
the eBay item number of your purchase.  We will either give you a
prepaid return label or information to return the item.
If the buyer receives a correct item as
described in the eBay listing, but buyer wants to return the item for a various
reason within acceptable guidelines, the buyer must ship back the
item.  Buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in
the exchange process.
